Welcome, Friends!

If you\u2019ve stumbled across our little corner of the internet and thought, \u201cWhere have these people been?\u201d \u201cWhat are they up to?\u201d Fair question.

The truth is, we\u2019ve been exactly where we love to be: behind the scenes creating unforgettable experiences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Over the past year, we\u2019ve been immersed in corporate event planning across the country, producing employee appreciation events, leadership conferences, nonprofit galas, holiday celebrations, and custom experiences that bring people together in meaningful ways. We traded social media activity for site visits, brainstorming sessions, production schedules, and more than a few very full coffee cups.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

While our social channels may have been quiet, our calendar definitely wasn\u2019t. One week, we were sourcing an eight-foot rhinestone horse for a photo opportunity in Vail, Colorado. The next, we were coordinating a karaoke competition hosted by a professional comedian. Or we were building out a Spaceship themed holiday party that feels quite literally<\/em> out of this world. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Or we were affixing gigantic blueberry girls to the ceiling and making jumbo lollipops for a gala. Then came a summer celebration where guests fed giraffes, danced alongside animal mascots, and somehow still made it back to work on Monday. It\u2019s been equal parts logistics, creativity, problem-solving, and a little controlled chaos (the kind we secretly love).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

None of This Happens Alone

Every successful event is the result of incredible collaboration. We\u2019re fortunate to work alongside outstanding corporate and nonprofit clients who trust us with their biggest moments, and an equally talented network of vendors who help transform ideas into reality.

From audiovisual production teams and caterers to florists, entertainers, rental companies, photo booth providers, and artists, we\u2019ve built relationships with some of the most creative professionals from coast to coast. We\u2019ll be highlighting many of these partners here because they deserve the spotlight just as much as the finished event photos do.

So\u2026 What\u2019s Next?
<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This blog marks another fresh chapter for us. We are so dedicated to creative story telling via events and activations, but we are natural storytellers in our heart too. So we want to share some of the heart (the story) behind the events we\u2019ve crafted, as there is always more than meets the eye.
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Going forward, we\u2019ll be sharing more of what actually goes into producing memorable events\u2014from planning tips and sourcing advice to behind-the-scenes moments, creative inspiration, vendor spotlights, and the little details that often make the biggest impact.
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You\u2019ll find us talking about everything from conference strategy and gala planning to event trends, unforgettable entertainment, exceptional food and beverage experiences, and, yes, the kind of swag people politely ask if they\u2019re allowed to take two of (we\u2019ll pretend we didn\u2019t see the third one disappear).
